Shipping policy
Every order from Pehlu is shipped free across India on prepaid payment. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Delivery is considered complete when the order is received at your address — by you or someone you designate. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Please check your tracking link for updates.
Occasional delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity in your area. These are outside our control, but if your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
Order processing
We process orders as they come in and do our best to fulfil every confirmed order. In rare cases — such as an item selling out between your order and processing — we may need to cancel and issue a full refund. We will always inform you promptly if this happens.
Payments
We currently accept prepaid orders only — UPI, net banking, and cards. Our payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
We understand that paying online requires a degree of trust, especially with a brand you are buying from for the first time. If anything goes wrong with your order — for any reason — our returns and refund policy is straightforward, and our support team is reachable on WhatsApp or email. We will make it right.
